Financial Peace University (FPU)
Sundays at 9 am starting September 17—We all need a plan for our money. FPU teaches God's ways of handling money. Through video teaching, class discussions and small group activities, FPU presents biblical, practical steps to get from where you are to where you've dreamed you could be. This plan will show you how to get rid of debt, manage your money, spend and save wisely, and much more! Register here by 9/3 to have your materials on time. Contact Ryan Beach with questions.
Summer Picnics at CHC--Sundays, Memorial Day-Labor Day (weather permitting), 11:15-1:00--It's so easy to get disconnected from our church family during the summer months so, this summer, we'd like you to join us whenever you can for fun and fellowship. Bring chairs/blankets and lunches (including plastic and paperware and drinks) for your family and meet out at the front lawn! Open to everyone but access to the building is not guaranteed.
Join us this week or any week on the dates below to fellowship while working in the garden to provide food for The Open Door food pantry. Kids are welcome to attend and help or play on the playground. Contact Kim Lyon with questions.

Adopt A Family
Empty Nesters! Are you looking for a way to get connected with younger families at CHC?
Are you looking for a way to serve together as a couple? Maybe it's time to "Adopt A Family"!
Adopt a Family is an opportunity to connect with a younger family in the church who doesn't have family support in the area to provide babysitting, have meals, mentor, and connect. If interested or if you are a young family wanting to be adopted, email Kim Klayum.
If you have questions, see Kim Klayum or Jill Ratts.
Let's Get To Know Each Other Better!
Are you interested in making monthly connections with other adults at CHC?
We will email you with one name (men:men and women:women) each month for you to connect with. Have coffee, go for a walk, talk, pray, etc. Email the office if you are interested and we will get you connected for the next month.
PRAYER REQUESTS & PRAISES
Prayer Letter—Every Sunday we collect prayer requests and email them to regular attenders who have committed to pray.
Contact the office to be added to mailing list or if you have a prayer request.
Wednesday Nights—6:30-8 pm—Every Wednesday night (except during the month of August) a prayer group gathers at Chapel Hill. Feel free to just show up or contact Caroline Picone with any questions.
Urgent/Emergency Prayer Chain—At Chapel Hill we want to bring your urgent prayer requests to the Lord as soon as possible. Contact the office for more information. Send urgent requests to Caroline.
Small Groups are important at Chapel Hill for the simple reason that fellowship is important. The deep connections with other
believers that are fostered in Small Groups is foundational and instrumental in the spiritual growth of believers. Read Acts 2:42-347 for how impactful fellowship was in the new church. To choose a Small Group, consider your needs and schedule, then look on the slat board near the church office for a group that might work for you. You can also contact the office or Scott Lyon to get connected to a group.
