Transform Event: Sexual Identity & Labels

Thursday, February 13, 9 - 11 am

Join us at Chapel Hill Church for a Transform Minnesota event with Rachel Gilson as she shares how she met Jesus as a student at Yale University and how meeting Him changed her understanding of her same-sex attraction. She will also speak to sexual identity and labels; does it matter if someone identifies as a gay Christian or a same-sex attracted Christian? How does self-identification impact the goal of sanctification and pursuit of holiness? As the church learns how to better love the LGBT+ community while holding to a Biblical sexual ethic, it’s critical to listen. Register Here.

Engage is for those in their middle or older years of life to find a place to ENGAGE socially and in service with each other, our church, and the communities in which God has placed us! Drawing on life's lessons and achievements, this group seeks to honor God in this season by seeking opportunities to serve, mentor and share adventures with Christian friends. There are no requirements or expectations except pointing others to Christ using the gifts God has developed in your life. Questions or want to get involved?  Email Engage!

Lunch at Granite City - Sunday, February 16, 11:30.  Contact Cherryl by 2/9 if you would like to join in on the fun and food.

Home Groups

Home Groups are important at Chapel Hill for the simple reason that fellowship is important. The deep connections with other

believers that are fostered in Home Groups is foundational and instrumental in the spiritual growth of believers. Read Acts 2:42-347 for how impactful fellowship was in the new church. To choose a Small Group, consider your needs and schedule, then look on the slat board near the church office for a group that might work for you. You can also contact the Home Groups to get connected to a group.
