Amnion Baby Bottle Drive

Mother's Day through Father's Day

Amnion provides Christ-centered, compassionate assistance to women who are facing an unplanned pregnancy. Their caring, biblical lay-counselors come alongside a woman during her time of crisis. Fill a baby bottle with your spare change (or paper money or checks!) between Mother's Day and Father’s Day to help support this ministry. Pick up a bottle in the foyer TODAY. Questions? Contact David and Sandy Steinmeier.

Summer Mission Trips

Camp Victory July 21 - 26, 2019 / Puerto Rico August 4-10

Two trips will be available this summer. Camp Victory is for those entering 7th grade through graduated seniors. We will be doing a VBS-style day camp for neighborhood children. The second option is located in Puerto Rico with Thirst Missions. It is open to those entering 9th grade and older and is also open to all adults in the church. Younger kids (11 and up) can join along with their parents. On this trip we will be doing service projects, neighbor outreach, and ministry to help families still in need after hurricane Maria. We are limited to only 12 spots, though, so sign up early!  Contact Pastor Jamie for more information.  Make a donation to the Youth Missions Fund here.

TreeHouse Service Opportunity

May 23

TreeHouse is a Christian program for at-risk 7-12th grade students. We have the opportunity to prepare a home-cooked meal, bring it to TreeHouse and serve 25-35 teens before their evening program. This is an Ideal service opportunity for families or small groups!  Groups need to be at Easter Church (Cliff and Pilot Knob) with the food already prepared and ready to serve by 6:20 pm. We serve until 7 and then clean up so about 1 hour of time spent at Easter Church.

Are you willing to help? Please contact Caroline Picone.

Feed My Starving Children

For older adults and anyone who wants to join them, we plan to go to FMSC on the last Wednesday of each month from 11:45-2:00 (optional lunch at Culvers in Eagan at 11:00)--Feed My Starving Children is a member of Global Impact’s charity alliance. Volunteers hand pack scientifically formulated meals for undernourished children which are distributed to a network of 80+ partners in 60+ countries each. Please contact Bob & Kathy Cason to get on the schedule as spaces are limited.
